Marjorie
"Excuse me! Do you mind if I sit here?"
Actually, he sat down without waiting for her answer.
"Oh, Hi Nick. Why are you here?" Marjorie asked curiously.
"Why? He laughed and said,
"that's the question I am supposed to ask you.
You know, I was here every Saturday." He continued,
"I'm studying Violin here... and how about you?
Why are you here for?"
"What? You are studying Violin at HKAPA not the
PS Music Co.,?"
her puzzled eyes looked widely opened at him.
"What? PS Music Co., ....? Why?"
He laughed again as if he could see through her mind
that their first encounter was at the Time Square and
made her think like that. Marjorie was flushed.
"Marjorie, are you major in law?"
"Yes, but... how do you know?" She was so surprised.
"Well, I just take a wild guess, hmm... I think it's probably
you look like a lawyer."
She giggled like a little girl.
"What's this?" He picked up her sketchbook.
"Oh yes, ur... I'll take it!" She almost snatched it from him.
If he saw she'd been sketching him...then...
"Oh! It's just a... you know... something like a diary..."
"A Diary?"
"Yes, I usually draw my diary." She laughed,
hoping he wouldn't be interested in it.
"Well, I just draw a bit... for fun... ur... just for myself."
She added quickly, making it clear that her sketch
was something personal and only for her own eyes.
