Shrimp Toasts

Method:

  1. par-boil fat pork for 1 min. Drain well.
  2. remove crust of bread. Cut diagonally into 2 or 4 triangles.
  3. rub shelled shrimps with salt. Clean and dry. Crush with the blade of the chopper.
  4. dice fat pork finely. Mix well with shrimps. Season.
  5. clean parsley.
  6. spread shrimp mixture on top of bread. Garnish w/ parsley.
  7. deep fat fry shrimp toast w/ the shrimp mixture facing downwards till golden brown. Dish up and serve hot.
