Beancurb Egg

 

Ingredient:

4 eggs       1 beancurb        1tbsp mushroom       Dash of chopped parsley            Dash of pork shredded

 

Sauce:

2tsp soy sauce           Dash of sesame oil and pepper   1tbsp salad sauce       1tsp corn starch in water

 

Method:

1)     Dry the beancurb, cut it into sherd, use the pork with starch water. Fry beancurb, mushroom, parsley and shred of pork

2)     Beat the eggs, add in sauce, dry the ingredients, fry them quickly with 2 tsp of oil. SERVE ~
