貝多芬有首曲叫給愛麗絲，我這首則是給伊利
莎。我與貝多芬一樣咁醜，因此他得不到愛麗
絲的愛，我也得不到伊利莎的愛。但我也會好
似貝多芬一樣，祝福她們幸福。
這首歌是我第一首用英文填詞的歌，我英文出
了名差，所以填錯了的地方不要見怪，我不太
注重文法，反而把重點放在內容。
我一反此曲的原意，原本是此曲是給伊利莎的，
可是我卻把此曲描寫一個對愛情堅貞的女人。
她對她的愛人無私的負出及等待，值得人們歌
頌。
