Copycat?!
I was listening to my all-time favourite 'The
Cardigans' the other day in the library. Right into my head, the song 'Toy' from
'Faye Wong' had the same melody as 'Daddy's Car' of 'The Cardigans' in their
debut album 'Life' back in
1995.
When you asking me which's your favourite band,
'The Cardigans' must be the answer, no doubt about
it.
I was so devastated when I heard today. Not only because The Cardigans' song was pirated, but it's the fact that I missed out 'Daddy's Car' back in 1995 completely, hence the memory of that melody will always bring me back to 'Faye Wong - Toy' instead of my favourite - The Cardigans..... The originality of the melody has gone forever in my head, I can do nothing about it.
I sometimes live in a sad life, regretting this & that.
