You：

 Good morning, Maria.  

We are out of paper towel,  pick up two rolls when you go to the  

supermarket.
Maria, 早晨。　　
　 我們沒有紙巾了，當妳去超級市場時，請買兩卷。

Maid：

 OK.  Oh, the sink  is leaking all over the kitchen floor,  what should I do?
　
　 好吧。　啊，水槽漏水漏到廚房地上周圍都是水，我該怎麼辦?

You：

 Well, you can call a  plumber to fix it this afternoon.
　 　

　

嗯，妳可以在今天下午叫一名水管匠來修理它。

Maid：

 Sir, the dishwasher is not working, should I call an electrician to repair it?
　
　 先生，洗碗機 壞了，我應否叫個電器技師來修理它？　　

You：

 Yes,  please do.
