SHIPPING / DELIVERY

- EMS takes approximately 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS to deliver to the U.S.
- An extra payment of $50 US would be charged for each painting delivered by FedEx.
- All packages must be signed for. If nobody is home, your local post office will hold your package until it is picked up     and signed for.
- Packages can be tracked only when there is a delay in shipping time. You must contact us under these circumstances
- We will NOT ship C.O.D.


RETURN POLICY

- We have 100% guaranteed Exchanges on any painting (except the shipping cost)
- Exchanges on any painting if the error on out part.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the painting back for an exchange.
- You are required to email us within 2 days of receiving your painting if you need to make an exchange, must provide a reason.


GENERAL INFORMATION

- All the paintings are hand-painted by our artists.
- 5"x7", 8"x10", 12"x16", 16"x20", 20"x24", 24"x36", 24"x48"
  30"x40", 36"x48", 40"x60", or other available sizes you need.
- All listed prices include shipping (EMS express mail shipping)/handling costs.
- All paintings do not include frames.
- All paintings are on canvas.
- Your order will be shipped about 5 to 30 days, depending on the quantity ordered.
- Ask all questions BEFORE buying your oil painting to limit the number of exchanges
