燉奶 :

egg white 5, sugar 7 tsp, milk 18 oz. 做法: 先將糖溶於鮮奶,大概用mircowave heat 1 minute. Don't make it too hot. Just warm enough to dissolve the sugar. 然後倒入蛋白拂勻.分別將蛋溶液倒入三個小燉盅, 最好用茶格(strainer)瀘過溶液.大概蒸 15 分鐘即可. 記得蒸蛋時要不斷打開煲蓋來散氣, 不然燉盅內的蛋液會發脹溢出來.
