GEOGRAPHY Wong Ka Man
Many candidates regard Geography as a difficult subject. However, it depends on how much effort you have paid on it only.
Firstly, you must have a deep understanding of the examination structure of this subject.
The certificate Geography Examination consists of two papers.

Examination time -1.5 hours Section A (answer 1 out of 3) Section B (answer 1 out of 3) Section C (answer 1 out of 2) |
60% of total mark weighting: 35% weighting: 40% weighting: 25% |
| Paper II |
Examination time-1 hr. 15mins. -Consist of 60 M.C. questions (Include of 10 M.C. about map work) |
40% of total mark |
Secondly, you must try to revise as many topics as you can. But you must notice that you have to risk if you have not had a deep understanding of all the topics!
Lastly, you must spell all the geographical terms before the examination. E.g. granite, conglomerate, intrusive, Canberra, etc. Map-reading skills are also very important in both papers. So, you should do as much map work as you can before the examination!
