(未夠十六者則進級為品段一段)

技術集訓課程
本會的晉升黑帶一段課程及考試合格
本會的教練班 (若日後希望成為教練之學員必須修讀)
跆協的教練班、裁判班
擁有有效的急救証書(香港紅十字會、聖約翰救傷隊或醫療輔助隊的急救証書)
紅黑帶後滿六個月才可參與套拳太極八(Pattern)、擊破(Breaking)及摶擊(Free Freight)
