經濟好轉,上班一族自然會考慮「搵工跳槽」,但除了要為找新工作作準備外,當要向僱主請辭時,不少人亦會為如何撰寫辭職信而大傷腦筋,希望在離開公司時留下好印象。 列出辭職原因 下列可能是你打算辭退職位的原因﹕ Here are some possible reasons why you want to resign: * 不獲公司重用或尊重You are not valued or appreciated. * 因某些原因被迫辭職You were forced out under pressure. * 因健康、家庭或個人理由You have health, family or personal problems. * 找到另一份更適合自己的工作You have found another job. 辭職信有兩作用 一封辭職信對你和對僱主都是不可缺少的。辭職信的作用,一方面可讓對方留下好印象,另一方面它可視為一份離職證明,方便僱主處理有關保險及稅務事宜。 The resignation letter is important to both you and your employer because you want to part on good terms. With your resignation letter, the company will have evidence that you have in fact left, and can notify various insurance and tax organisations. 撰寫時須具4大要素 書寫正式的辭職信,須具備以下4大要素﹕ The following are the main components of a formal resignation letter: a) 填寫適當受文者名稱及將副本給予需要知會的上司。 Make sure that you have addressed and copied the letter to the right people in the company. b) 清楚寫出辭職的理由。 Give clear reasons why you are resigning. c) 感謝公司給予你機會於工作上獲得寶貴的技能及經驗。 Show your appreciation for having worked for the company, and for any other skills, or experience that you got during your time with them. d) 最後,祝願公司將來發展順利及親筆簽署。 Wish them [the company], well for the future, and sign off. |
