Apple Crepes
Ingredients:
1 apple
15 ml margarine
30 ml brown sugar
1 ml cinnamon
whipped cream
Method:
1. Peel, core, slice apples
2. Melt margarine in fry pan.
3. Add apples, sugar and cinnamon.
4. Cook, stirring until apples are tender, not mushy.
5. Spoon into crepes.
6. Fold.
7. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon. |
