Banana Scones

Ingredients:
50 ml flour
15 ml baking powder
30 ml butter, melted
50 ml mashed banana
50 ml sugar
1 egg
30 ml milk

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 375oF.
2. Sift flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
3. Beat egg and combine with milk.
4. Mush banana and mix with egg/milk mixture.
5. Pour liquid to the flour mixture. Mix well.
6. Put tablespoon of mixture on to a greased pan.
7. Baked for 15 minutes or till golden brown.
