Basic Crepes
Yield: 18
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
375 ml all purpose flour
15 ml cooking oil
1 ml salt
Method:
1. Beat together eggs, milk, flour, oil and salt until well mixed.
2. Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet; remove from heat.
3. Spoon in 25 ml batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread batter.
4. Return to heat; brown on 1 side only.
5. Invert over paper towels; remove crepe.
6. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing skillet occasionally. |
