Breakfast Granola Bars

Ingredients:
60 ml margarine
125 ml peanut butter
125 ml brown sugar
1 egg
125 ml flour
1 ml baking powder
1 ml salt
125 ml gronola
125 ml rice crispies
50 ml chocolate chips
125 ml oats

Method:
1. Preheat oven to oF.
2. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream margarine.
3. Add peanut butter and brown sugar and combine well.
4. Beat in egg.
5. Sift flour. Resift with baking powder and salt.
6. Combine with peanut butter mixture using a wooden spoon.
7. Add oats, rice crispies and chocolate chips.
8. Press evenly into a 9x9 pan.
9. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
10. Set aside ot cool and set.
11. Cut into 16 slices.
