Cranberry Whip

Ingredients:
250 ml cranberries
175 ml water
125 ml sugar
cinnamon
125 ml water
f.g. salt
50 ml farina (cream of wheat)

Method:
1. Bring water and cranberries to a boil on high heat; boil until berries lose colour (Approx. 10 min.).
2. Hold sifter over bowl. Pour berriers and liquid trough it. Mash ot get our remaining juice.
3. Return to sauce pan. Add sugar, water and salt.
4. Bring to boil and stir in farina with wooden spoon.
5. Stir until thickened.
6. Pour into large bowl. Beat until goes a pole pink.
7. Serve in bowl with whipped cream topping.
8. Garnish with cinnamon.
