Cream of Wheat Fritters

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients:
125 ml "quick-cooking" cream of wheat
375 ml milk
5 ml salt
2 ml baking powder
2 eggs
30 ml vanilla sugar or sugar with 2 ml vanilla flavouring
30 ml butter
whipped cream or half whipped cream and half sour cream

Method:
1. Heat 250 ml of milk to boil. Add cream of wheat, stir until thicken, cover to cook for 5 min.
2. In a bowl, pour salt in to power.
3. Sperate eggs beat yolk, villian, sugar.
4. Add milk and butter until mix well.
5. In a large pan, drop butter and cook both side.
6. Keep cakes warm.
7. Serve with whipped cream.
