Crunchy Granola

Ingredients:
250 ml rolled oats
125 ml bran
75 ml wheat germ
25 ml chopped nuts
25 ml sesame seeds
50 ml unsweetened coconut
125 ml milk
250 ml granola
75 ml milk powder
2 ml cinnamon
f.g. nutmeg
50 ml vegetable oil
100 ml liquid honey
50 ml raisins

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 190oC (350oF).
2. Heat oil and honey together in a small saucepan until hot - NOT boiling.
3. Mix all the other ingredients together (EXCEPT the raisins) in a large bowl.
4. Stir the honey/oil hot mixture into the dry ingredients in the large bowl. Mix well.
5. Spread out into a jelly roll pan.
6. Bake about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and toasted.
Stir several times during the baking to prevent burning. Be careful not to spill granola in the oven.
7. Remove from the oven and stir in raisins. Allow to cool.
8. Store granola in an airtight or covered container.
9. Granola bar will be ready maybe in few hours or the next day.
