Finnish Pancakes
Ingredients:
250 ml buttermilk
3 eggs
5 ml sugar
250 ml flour
4 ml salt
30 ml melted butter
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200oF.
2. Mix eggs, butter milk, sugar, salt and melted butter.
3. Add flour and stir well. Let rest for 5-10 minutes.
4. Pour 50 ml of mixture onto hot frying pan. (Pancakes shoudl be thin)
5. Sprinkle with sugar and place on boiler pan. |
