French Omelette
Ingredients: 1/2 stalk celery
2 mushrooms OR
1 chunk of ham
1 block (15 ml) cheese
2 eggs
25 ml water
f.g. salt and pepper
Method:
1. Wash celery and chop.
2. Wash mushrooms and slice OR dice ham.
3. Grate cheese.
4. Turn heat to medium. Add 10 ml oil into frying pan.
5. Break eggs into small mixing bowl. Add water, salt and pepper.
6. Pour egg mixture into pan.
7. Lift egg and rotate pan so uncooked eggs can flow into empty spaces.
8. Fill left side of omelette with celery, mushrooms or ham.
9. Add cheese last.
10. Slip flipper under right side of omelette and fold right side over filling.
11. Serve your French Omelette and Bon Appetit! |
