Poached Eggs

Microwave method
Use 50% power (medium)
1 egg - 45 sec. to 1 min. 20 sec.
2 eggs - 1 min. 20 sec to 1 min. 35 sec.
4 eggs - 2 min. 15 sec. to 3 min. 15 sec.

Method:
1. Measure 2 tablespoons water and 1/4 teaspoon vinegar into 6 oz. custard cup. (One per egg.)
2. Cover with plastic wrap. Bring to a boil at High power, 30 to 40 seconds per cup.
3. Break large eggs into cups. Cover. Microwave at 50% power until most of the white is opaque but not set. When poaching more than 1 egg, rotate dishes every 45 seconds.
4. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Shaking cups gently once or twice during standing helps set whit. Do not remove cover until standing tiem is completed.
