Chocolate Chip Cookies
Yield: 20 - 25 cookies
Ingredients:
60 ml margarine
60 ml white sugar
25 ml brown sugar
1/2 egg
2 ml vanilla
125 ml flour
1 ml baking powder
1 ml salt
50 ml chocolate chips
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 375oF.
2. Cream fat and sugar.
3. Add 1/2 egg and beat well.
4. Combine dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
5. Add dry ingredients to creamed fat and sugar with a wooden spoon.
6. Drop from teaspoon (15 ml) onto ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake 8 - 10 minutes.
8. Remove from pan immediately. |
