Chocolate Double Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
175 ml softened butter
125 ml sugar
125 ml brown sugar
1 egg
5 ml vanilla
400 ml all purpose flour
3 ml baking soda
1 ml salt
250 ml chocolate chips
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 375oF.
2. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
3. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
4. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
5. Gradually beat flour mixture into butter mixture.
6. Stir in chocolate chips.
7. Drop batter by teaspoon ful onto ungreased cookie cheet.
8. Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
9. Cool slightly on cookie sheet.
10. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on cooling racks. |
