Franola Cookies
Ingredients:
60 ml margarine
50 ml brown sugar
50 ml granulated sugar
1 small egg
1 ml vanilla
175 ml sifted flour
1 ml baking soda
f.g. salt
125 ml granola
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 190o (375oF).
2. Cream margarine and the brown sugar and granulated sugar thoroughly.
3. Stir in beaten egg and vanilla. Set aside.
4. Sift together floru, salt and baking soda.
5. Add flour mixture and granola to creamed mixture. Mix just until blended.
6. Drop from a small spoon onto a greased cookie sheet about 5 cm apart.
7. Bake 8-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Place warm cookies in a single layer on cooking racks. |
