30 ml margarine
75 ml brown sugar
60 ml white sugar
1 egg
100 ml peanut butter
2 ml baking soda
250 ml oatmeal
60 ml chocolate chips
10 ml vanilla
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350oF.
2. Cream butter. Combine sugars and add to creamed mixture.
3. Add egg and peanut butter and mix well.
4. Combine baking soda with oatmenal and add to creamed mixture.
5. Mix in chocolate chips.
6. Drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 10 min.
