Swedish Cinnamon Cookies
Ingredients:
80 ml margarine
125 ml sugar
1 egg
2 ml vanilla
165 ml flour
2 ml baking powder
2 ml ground cinnamon
60 ml walnuts, finely chopped
15 ml cinnamon to roll dough in
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350oF.
2. Cream butter adn gradually cream sugar.
3. Beat in egg and vanilla.
4. Sift flour with baking powder and cinnamon, then add to egg mixture. Blend well. Add walnuts dn blend well again.
5. Roll in balls and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
6. Place on greased, floured cookie sheet, three inches apart.
7. Bake for 12 minutes. |
