Mexican Burritos

Recipe for 4

Ingredients:

4 flour tortillas
ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 block grated cheddar cheese
1 chunk shredded lettuce
1 clove minced garlic
30 ml taco seasoning mix
75 ml water
10 ml oil
50 ml taco sauce

Method:
1. Dice onion.
2. Brown ground beef, garlic, and onion in cast iron skillet on medium heat. Drain fat.
3. Measure water. Prepare taco seasoning mix. Stir in taco seasoning mixture and water. Heat to boiling.
4. Reduce heat to 3 and simmer uncoverd for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
5. Place 4 tortillas on a wet paper towel on lplate. Cover with another wet paper towel.
6. Microwave tortillas for 2 minutes.
7. Grate cheese.
8. Wash, dry and shred lettuce.
9. Wash and dice tomatoes.
10. Prepare tortillas on a plate each.
11. Spoon mixture onto the centre of each tortilla.
12. Fold the tortillas. Fold left then right side, top then bottom. It will end up like a retangle.
