Pork/Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients:
2 Tortillas
1/2 avocado
1/2 tomato
50 ml chopped parsley
50 ml sour cream
2 lime wedges
Filling:
Pork or Chicken
1/4 green pepper
1/4 red pepepr
1/4 onion
15 ml worcestershire ssauce
15 ml oil
15 ml lemon or lime juice
1 clove garlic
2 ml cumin
1 ml paprika
dash hot pepper
f.g. salt
Method:
1. Preheat the oven 180oC.
2. Slice pork or chicken into thin and long slices, about 3 cm.
3. Wash the cutting board really well.
4. Add parsley and lemon juice to pork or chicken.
5. Chop the garlic.
6. Also add worcestershire suace and oil.
7. Mix and strill the pork or chicken and flavor in a small blow.
8. Add garlic to pork or chicken.
9. Mix the pork or chicken and flavor for 15 minutes or 2 hours at home.
10. Wash the vegetables.
11. Preheat the pan to 200o and add 10 ml oil.
12. Slice the onion and peppers and parsley.
13. Put the meat in the pan .
14. Peer off the avocado and slice it.
15. Add peppers and onion to the pan and cook.
16. Put the cooked meat and vegetable to the tortillas.
17. Add sour cream, avocado.
18. Fold the trotillas.
