Homemade Pizza250 ml flour 7 ml baking powder 25 ml shortening 1 ml salt 100 ml salt 100 ml milk 50-75 ml tomato sauce 1 block grated mozzarella cheese f.g. oregano self choice of toppings Method: 1. Preheat oven to 375oF. 2. Sift flour. Add baking powder and salt. Blend well. 3. Cut in shortening. 4. Add milk. Mix with fork 30 times. 5. Grate cheese. 6. Slice toppings. 7. Place dough on lightly floured cutting board. Knead 5 times. 8. Roll dough 0.5 cm thick on pan. 9. Crimp edges of dough. 10. Sprinkle oregano. 11. Add toppings. Add cheese last. 12. Bake for 18-20 minutes. 13. Cool 2-3 minutes before cutting. |
