Nestle Candy Shop Pizza
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
180 ml flour
1 ml baking soda
1 ml salt
75 ml butter, softened
60 ml sugar
60 ml packed brown sugar
1/2 egg
1 ml vanilla
180 ml semi-sweet chocolate chips
60 ml peanut butter
Decorations:
125 ml chopped candy bars (eg. Nestle Crunch, Butterfingers, Baby Ruth, Alpine white, Raisinettes)
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 375oF.
2. In small bowl, scombine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
3. In large bowl, beat butter, white and brown sugar until creamy.
4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
5. Stir in 125 ml (1/2 cup) of chocolate chips.
6. Spread batter in lightly greased 9-inch pizza pan.
7. Bake 20-24 minutes or until lightly browned.
8. Immediately sprinkle remaining chips over crust; drop peanut butter by spoonfuls on morsels.
9. Let stand 5 minutes or until chips become soft and shiny.
10. Gently7 spresd chocolate and peanut butter evenly over crust.Deceorate pizza with chopped candy.
11. Cut into wedges; serve warm. |
