	LAVA Weekly Training

	2005-4-28, LAVA 移師至石硤尾室內場進行每週訓練, 本週於上述球場訓練前, LAVA 已經於石硤尾室外場進行近一小時訓練, 主要練習防守及體能。到達室內場後, 球隊亦進行基本訓練及黑白對抗賽。本週並無 Game of the week, 由於教練 Ben 表示 " Sorry. I felt there was no player of the week. Some people played good in the game but I felt they did not work hard enough before the game when we practiced defense. Bless you guys."
