CEPA (Closer Economic Partnership Arrangements)


On 29 Sept. 2003, HKSAR and the Central People's Government signed the six Annexes to the main text of the CEPA. Telecom. sector can apply on 2 Oct. 2003 and the remaining 17 sectors can apply on 1 Jan. 2004.

Our charges for establishing a limited company will also be reduced to HK$6,800.
