1.2 Issue of Scope

Concerning the scope issue, it is related with the knowledge level of the users. Inappropriate scope coverage will result to a failure of the manuals. To understand the problem, we can study the users of different knowledge levels to see how the scope of the manuals is shaped accordingly. Users can be classified into three different knowledge levels by using the OAI model.
