play Excel:

first,
open a Excel 2000,then press"另儲成web畫面",
than,
press"選取區工作表" and "加入互動功能",
than ,save it.
close the file,

u can open my "Play Excel 2000 car games"

open the web file (it look a IE),
go to 2000,WC this way,
press the left hand side "2000",
press "tab" to 2000,WC that way (it will change to blue),
than press Ctrl ,Shift and Alt all together,
and use mouse to press the left hand side upper corner that "local" ,it will turn on.
