CHOI HONG SHING
Salad
Ingredient
1. Rocket 2. Beetroot 3. Cream 4. Pepper 5. Red wine vinegar 6. Salt 7. Parma ham
8. Horseradish 9. Parmesan cheese 10. Extra-virgin Oliver oil
* Procedure
Firstly, the water on the rocket was drained off. Then, a pot of boiling water was prepared for cooking the beetroot. After the beetroots were ready, the beetroots were cut into smaller pieces and then mix with cream. When the colour of cream changed to red, small amount of pepper, salt and red wine vinegar were added and mixed with the cream. When the cream was prepared, the cream was poured onto the drained rockets. After that, several pieces of Parma Ham were put onto the salad. Small amount of salt was added to the salad again. And then, small pieces of horseradish without the skin were added to the salad also. Finally, by adding Parmesan cheese powder and several drops of extra-virgin Oliver oil, the salad was ready to eat.
Noodles
Ingredient
1. Water 2. Salt 3. Garlic 4. Dries chili 5. Anchoret 6. Rocket 7. Lemon 8. Noodle
9. Parmesan cheese
* Procedure
Firstly, a pot of boiling salt water was prepared. Then, the pack of noodles was put into the pot. Some pieces of garlic and dried chili were cooked in a pan. Afterwards, a piece of anchovy was put into the pan together with rocket. The noodles and the things in the pan were placed onto a dish. Raw rocket and Parmesan cheese shred were added onto the dish. And this course was finished.
Fish
Ingredient
1. Water 2. Salt 3. Polenta 4. Cheese 5. Pepper 6. Butter 7. Lemon juice 8. Oliver oil 9. Perch 10. Bacon 11. Wine
* Procedure
The oven was switched on and heat up to 250¢XC. A pot of water was boiled with adding salt. Then a box of polenta is added into water. Pepper, cheese, salt and 4 pieces of butter were added into the pot with stirring. For the fish, it is put onto a dish with some raw rocket. Then some lemon juice is added as well as Oliver oil. Then perch was added to the dish. Afterwards, two pieces of bacon were added onto the fish. Wine and butter were then added on the edge of the dish. Lastly the whole dish was baked in the oven for ten to fifteen minutes. After baking, this course was finished.
