Apology Notice

With regard to my Article published in my online diary dated 6th March 2005 as following address

which content involved the criticism of Pop Art Group Limited (?the Group?) was considered purely impetuous and untrue expression which was released without careful consideration and evidently crosschecking. The phase and words were concluded in haste and impulsively thereby wrongfully adjudging justice the value of the Group, which had negatively affect the reputation, and image of them.

Hereby, I declare my heartfelt apology to all affected parties including the Group as a whole and those personnel who had been perplexed by the content.

Though I was just thinking what I had written was basically lie on my own ex parte field of vision which created a negative picture to a new comer, new graduate to the society, who indeed did not have any concept, much experience and acknowledgement in working as a ?media worker?, at that period of time. One who only known it as a dream, a respected role in field of culture and a free share of experience in words to audience and public.

Three years working experiences in the ?society university?, I thoroughly changed my underlying mindset for 180 degree, which proves to me today a total problematic concept towards ?working? in the past. After exiting from the media sector in 2005, I redirected to the business related industry and never again, engaged in media related field. Start working from the very grounded position because of my non-related academic curriculum; allow me to observe even more in depth business operation and daily routine life of all working population in Hong Kong, especially in the keen and competitive business industry.

With repeated introspection today, my pieces of ?article? published in my online diary during my early days in the society, those criticisms and adjustments were indeed careless, arbitrary, and childish. Words were mistakenly coming out from my direct sensation and heroic mission. I believe there had been certain misunderstanding and mistake with my interpretation towards the Group years before and I hereby, express my deepest apologize to my fault.

Taking immediate action, all related articles published in my personal online diary:

Here I commit to cease and not to repeat the wordings and allegation against Pop Art Group Limited whatever means of publication from the date hereof and tried my hardest effort to minimize the negative influence caused by my article. I admit that I have the only and immediate responsibility to clarify the words and situation to the affected and my group of influence for my carelessness. Therefore, I am now publishing a notice on the Internet in all my three affected website, using the great impact of Internet and personal diary, to minimize the impact to the Groups? reputation.

I, hereby, hoping that the childish words written in the past years had not imposed significant impact to the Group and express my greatest regret from heart to apologize again with my words published in my personal online diary.

  撮寫有關涉及博藝集團有限公司之評論，乃未作出審慎考慮及再三佐證之言論，行為鲁莽。對於有關該等傖促及衝動下錯誤評價判定博藝集團有限公司價值不實之字詞，或對其之聲譽及形象造成負面影響，本人，謹在此向該集團及受影響之人員道歉，並表示衷心之歉意。

雖然本人在撮寫該文章時只考慮了本人單方面所看之一面，對於一個剛踏出社會工作，對傳媒工作者的工作亳無概念，經驗及認識，只知道夢想，知道外界對文化界之尊敬，知道以文字跟讀者自由分享經驗之喜悅的畢業生來說，是一種負面情緒的重大衝擊。
三年的社會歷練，一百八十度地徹底改變了本人過往對工作所存有的謬誤。自2005年離開了傳播媒界，轉而進身了跟商業有關的行業，基於本身所持之不相關學歷，必須由最基層之職位開始，此容許我更深切地體會商業之運作，一般的香港工作人口每日之規律生活，尤其於競爭激烈的商界。
今天反思昨日剛踏足社會曾撮寫的日記，內裏之批評及評價，實有不少鲁莽、武斷、幼稚之處，僅因直覺、逞勇信念之堅持而錯誤地發言。造成多年前對該集團中間之誤會及誤解，在此遼表深切之歉意。

本人謹此承諾於此日後不再以任何形式或途徑，發報及重覆同樣或有關博藝集團有限公司之針對性評論或指控，並以本人之最大能力，減低文章所造成之負面影響。有關啟示已一併於本人之三個受影響日記內發表，祈以互聯網及個人日誌之重要影響力，減低及彌補對該集團聲譽之影響。本人在此誠希此等多年前之幼稚言詞，沒有對該集團構成嚴重的影響，並謹此再次表達本人對此鲁莽之言行的深切遺憾並致歉。
