Company Profile:
Our company started our expertise in the cleaning profession in 1985 as Wai Shing Cleaning Service Company. Our first client was The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation to which we had provided cleaning service as a sub-contractor for six consecutive years at Hong Kong Bank Building. The service coverage for HSBC included cleaning of internal and external windows, aluminum panel wall, carpet, vinyl floor, flag pole, waxing and general office cleaning.
Our early contract assignments included carpet and kitchen cleaning for Maxim's Palace Restaurant, external window cleaning for Eaton Hotel, Hilton Hotel and Lippo Centre. In addition to external window cleaning, we have provided mosaic tile cleaning of the external walls for Hilton Hotel and seventeen blocks of residential building at Provident Centre.
Our clients in the commercial sector included Hutchison House, Bank of America Tower and Far East Finance Centre. We also provided cleaning services to government and public bodies such as Queensway Government Office, Supreme Court, the then Government House, General Post Office, City Hall, and CLP Power Hong Kong Limited.
Growing with our Company is our long-term customer, Hong Kong International Terminals Limited, for which we have been proudly serving since 1990. Our good relationship with HIT rooted from a mutual understanding through open discussions and continuous improvements. We have always been actively and willingly to go extra steps in helping out in emergency situations for we believe in taking satisfaction from our work while ensuring total quality management for all our valued customers.
Our business relationship with Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers dated back from a one-year overnight cleaning contract in 1998. With a view to continuously search for excellence in the appearance of all our service areas, we have taken the initiative to use better methods over and above contract requirements to achieve the best result. For instance, we have used the "Diamond Electroface System" (commonly known as A&A) for caring the marble floor since their renovation to achieve the natural brightness instead of the old method of waxing, which is slippery and artificial. For our enthusiasm, we have been further entrusted with day and night cleaning service contract on the next renewal since 1999 to present.
As people become more and more concern on hygiene in the working environment, our hard work has won for us a good reputation in the cleaning industry. Our cost conscience strategy and professional ethics soon helped us to accumulated more old and new customers.
To further improve the quality of our service, we gradually introduce advanced equipment over the years to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of our work. To name a few, our equipment includes Kunzie & Tasin marble polisher with flexible diamond disc, Vibra Vac Rug Doctor carpet steam cleanign machine, Weiclean wet and dry vacuum cleaner and Polivac suction polisher over the year.
As our business few healthily year after year, we incorporated as Victory Capital Service Limited in 1994. In order to cope with our business expansion in the new millennium, we have acquired a permanent , self-own office in 2000.
Free quotations and consultancy:
We provide free estimation and consultation to clients on different methods, equipment and chemical suitable for cleaning and maintenance. We are objective, open-minded and understanding in all discussion. To us, every client is unique and deserves special care and attention; we will provide free demonstration upon request. We will make professional suggestions to our clients in choosing the most appropriate and best possible methods to meet with the client's budget. Our extensive experience in various commercial and public sector is a promise of quality and excellence.
Our People:
We believe that our polite, skillful and competent work force is our asset. All our staff members are enthusiastic and reliable. We have fifteen licensed gondola workers within a team of over a hundred workers. All our our employees are well trained in using up-to-date equipment in a safe manner.
Insurance Coverage:
Apart from employees' compensation, we have annual accident insurance for gondola workers, and public liability coverage of up to 10 million Hong Kong Dollars for any one claim.
