Christians believe that their souls will be free after death. If they lead a good life on earth, they will go to heaven after death and enjoy eternal happiness.

The Roman emperor Constantine helped to spread Christianity.

The Christians who licked and worked in monasteries are called monks.

In the middle Ages, monasteries were centres of learning and education.
