    My Acer Travel Mate 332T have only 2hr battery run time. I have successfully extended it to 5 with a Boost converter and a 7Ah 12V lead acid battery.

    This converter allows me to operate and charge with car battery form 6-12V. The commercial product cost for hundreds but I make it just around hundred.

    A adjustable design allow circuit to be used in other notebook with given connector. But I still can not buy the connector for my new Fujitsu Notebook.
