TEA is a Natural Drink and powerful

elixir which is calorie free.

                                                                                                              Green tea are made similar to Black tea,

but without fermentation which will cause

 

loss of Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCg)

green tea is believed be more healthy .

 

 

There are Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCg), Polyphenols 

, xanthines , caffeine, tannins

theobromine and theophylline in green tea

EGCg protect the cell from free

radical damage such as induce by exposure to UV light.

Polyphenols have antimutagenic activity which

 prevent the growth of abnormal cells  

and the initiation stage of mutagenicit

Together with xanthines, it will enhance the

 anti-inflammatory and anti-irritancy effects.

All thes give Green tea many functions.

 

SKIN CARE

        Antioxidant and free

 radical scavanging activities

 of the tea green prevent skin cancer

and skin cell damage due to sun's UVB rays.

And is good for aging skin and sun-damaged

 skin. Hundreds of years ago, tea bags often

applied to ease the pain of sunburned skin.

The green tea also neutralizes any irritation

and the skin comes out smooth and soft

Catechin polyphenols work with other chemicals

increase metabolism without stimulation and even give an appetite-suppressive effects

Its aroma is light and refreshing and its taste a perfect harmony of sweetness and bitterness.
