YO-YO LEVELS (5-8)
LEVEL 5 needs to be able to fling the yoyo back and pull it back up and pull the yoyo up and down 6 times on 3 minutes.
LEVEL 6 needs to be able to fling the yoyo back and pull it back up and pull the yoyo up and down 16 times on 5 minutes.
LEVEL 7 needs to be able to fling the yoyo and do the rectangle and pull it back up.
LEVEL 8 needs to be able to fling the yoyo and do bowtie and pull it back up.
