A teenage boy and a father form the story. The father was not an easy-going man. Something made them become apart and together, again and again. A pretty woman, who had a husband, always appeared in their lives. The young boy, Bobby, who was only sixteen, had many questions of life but had to face the difficulties before the questions were answered¡K

The writer of the book used simple words to write the story, so it was easy to read and understand the book. And the writer used many foul languages too. Some people may think that foul languages are not good, but they actually can make the story become more lively and realistic. The flow of the story was quite smooth but it was a little bit boring. However, the ending of the story was optimistic. It told readers that human could eventually come over the difficulties in life by using effort but not by lucky.  This was exactly the theme the writer wanted us to know about.

The book was suitable for teenagers and parents to read. The family problem is really hard to solve nowadays. I think this book can give teenagers and parents some inspirations. Teenagers can learn from Bobby. He tried to solve the problems instead of blaming his father and the surroundings, and he tried to comprehend his father and learnt. Besides, parents sometimes do not understand their children¡¦s feeling. After reading this book, parents can learn more about their children¡¦s deep feelings. Their children actually have much potential to face the difficulties in their lives. So the parents and children will know each other more and communicate by a better way. Therefore this book is very suitable for them to read.
