Fried Beef Fillet

Ingredient:

4 slices beef fillet

1 no onion

Seasoning for beef:                  Sauce:

2tsp light soya sauce                 2tsp chilli sauce

1 and 1/2 cornflour                   4Tbsp tomato sauce

4 tsp wine                           2 tsp light soya sauce

2tsp sugar                           2 Tbsp sugar

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce           2 Tbsp water

Method:

1)    Season the beef and put aside for a while.

2)   Wash ,peel and shred onion. Add oil into a frying pan sauté onion until tender. Dish up.

3)   Put oil into the frying pan, shallow-fry beef fillet until golden brown. Dish up onto the plate with onion underneath.

4)   Add a little oil into the frying pan and cook the sauce until thickens. Pour the sauce onto the beef fillet.
