Chocolate Mousses Cake

Ingredients:

5 eggs separated whites and yolks

5 ounces margarine (NOT melted)

5 ounces sugar

5 ounces semisweet chocolate
 

Method:

1)Beat egg whites until stiff.

2)Beat margarine and sugar together until the mixture is  fluffy.

3)Melt chocolate and stir till smooth.

4)Add egg yolks, one at a time, stirring till smooth. Combine the chocolate mixture with margarine and sugar.

5)Fold in beaten egg whites.

6)Place 2/3 of mixture into a round cake tin and bake at least 45 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out almost clean. And remember that, before you put the mixture into the tin, put a piece of greaseproof paper around the tin first!

7)Serve hot.

8)Place remaining 1/3 of mousse in refrigerator.

9)Take out remaining mousse from refrigerator and stir once or twice. Put the mousse into a piping bag. Then you can use the mousse to decorate your cake. Add some fruits onto it as you like!

10)Keep in refrigerator until serving (remove side of pan and slice)
