Macaroni Cheese

Ingredients:

100g macaroni

80g grated cheese

1 Tbsp. Breadcrumbs

2 rashes bacon

1 slice ham

1 no. sausage

1 no. hard boiled egg

1/4no. onion

200ml milk

1Tbsp. Margarine

1Tbsp. Plain flour

2slices cheddar cheese

Method:

1)      Boil macaroni in 750water and 1/4tsp.salt. Keep boiling without lid for 5minutes. Then turn off the heat and soak the macaroni for 10 minutes with the lid on.

2)     Cut the egg into cubes.

3)     Chop onion, bacon, ham, and sausage into small pieces. And stir fry, dish up.

4)     Drain macaroni

5)     Make a thin sauce by melting margarine in a saucepan, add flour and stir quickly. Then stir in milk, mix well and cook until boiled. Add in cheddar cheese.

6)     Add the fried ingredients in the sauce and then stir in macaroni. Turn the mixture into a pie dish.

7)     Sprinkle the grated cheese and breadcrumbs evenly over the dish grill fairly quickly until the top is browned and crisp.
