Ingredient:

Thin Batter:

100g plain flour

250ml water

1/4 tsp salt

1 Tbsp oil

Filling:

2 no dried mushrooms

1 stalk spring onion

20g dried shrimps

30g roast pork

Method:

1)    Prepare batter

A)  Sieve flour and salt together in a mixing bowl.

B)   Add water a little at time.

C)   Mix well to form a smooth batter

D)  Add in oil and beat well.

2)   Clean and soak dried mushroom and dry shrimps. Finely chop into small pieces.

3)   Clean and finely chop roast pork and spring onion into small pieces.

4)   Add the chopped ingredients into the batter. Stir well.

5)   Fry the Chinese pancake.

6)   Serve hot.
