Fruit Pudding

Filling:

1 large cooking apple 

1  125-gram packet of ready-to-eat prunes

2 Tbsp sugar

1/2 cup water

2 tsp lemon juice

Topping:

3/8 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

pinch salt

1/6 cup skimmed milk

1 Tbsp apple sauce

1/2 Tbsp sugar

Method:

1)Take a pan that can go from stove to table; 

2)Peel, core, and slice the apple. Place it in the pan with the prunes,

sugar, water, and lemon juice , until boiled.

3) Mixed the flour with baking powder and salt, then stir

in the milk and apple sauce.

4)Drop the mixture onto the hot fruit, then sprinkle with the remaining tablespoonful of sugar.

5)Cover the pan and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
