Shrimp Balls

Ingredients:                                         Seasoning :

100g shelled shrimps                            1/4 tsp salt and sugar

25g pork                                               1 tsp corn flour

1 peeled water chestnut                        a few shakes pepper

4 slices thin sandwich bread                 a few drops sesame oil

1/2 wok oil fir deep frying                   1/2 egg white

Method:

1)Cut the crust off the bread, then cut the bread into about 7mm cubes.

2)Clean and dry shrimps, pork and water chestnut.

3)Crush shrimps into a paste. Mince pork. Chop water chestnut.

4)Mix the above ingredients, season and stir until it becomes sticky.

5)Divide the mixture into 12 portions. Roll each portion into a ball and coat it with the bread cubes.

6)Deep fry the shrimp until golden brown.
