Ingredients:
12 nos. middle part
chicken wings
2 lemons
2 slices slab sugar
Seasoning:
Sauce for thickening:
2 Tbsp dark soya
sauce
2 tsp corn flour
2 Tbsp light soya
sauce
4-6 tsp water
Method:
1)
clean
and dry chicken wings. Add in seasonings.
2)
Dice
slab sugar and add to the seasoned wings.
3)
Peel
the rind of lemon and squeezed out the juice. Then add to the seasoned chicken
wings.
4)
Put
2 Tbsp oil into a saucepan. Arrange a layer of chicken wings. Pour all the
remaining seasonings in the saucepan.
5)
Simmer
for about 15 minutes. Dish up the chicken wings
6)
Thicken
the remaining sauce with corn flour mixture. Pour on top of the chicken wings.
