My Career
After I have finished my Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering (BEng) from Hong Kong Polytechnic
since 1993, I was first employed by HITACHI ELEVATOR ENGINEERING CO., (HK) LTD. as an assistant engineer of the Quality Assurance Department.
One month later, I resigned because I was employed by ASSOCIATED CONSULTING ENGINEERS as a Graduate Trainee. Subsequently,
I was promoted as Engineer upon the completion of HKIE training scheme A. On December 1997, further promoted as Project Engineer. Jointly responsible for design and project management of
Electrical System for new developed buildings.
SHUN HING PLAZA (Di Wang Development in Shenzhen, P.R.C.)
Over 300,000m2 architectural area, 384m height, with office, service appartment and shop arcade, total electrical loading over 28MVA, operation permit obtained by mid 1996.
HANG KING GARDEN (Proposed Commercial/Residential Development at Kwai Chung, N.T., HK)
With one no. of residential tower, total 216 flats, commercial area and basement carpark, total 3 nos. of CLP's transformer (4500kVA) to cater for electrial loading of development,
electrical contract sum at HK$10,560,000.00 operation permit obtained by April 1996.
LAGUNA VERDE (Hok Un Redevelopment at Hunghom, Kowloon, HK)
Total 25 towers over 4000 residential flats, with landscape area, clubhouse P.T.T. and shopping arcade, divided into four phases, total electrical loading by 35 nos. of CLP transformer
(52,500kVA).

Phase I began at middle of year 1995 and operation permit obtained by the end of 1997.
Phase II began at early of year 1997 and operation permit obtained by beginning of 2000. Actually, Phase II was divided into
two (2) sub-phase at construction stage (Phase 2A & 2B). It is called Phase II & Phase III at the stage of sales and present.
